Designed to reward Portman’s workers even more, with a bonus for referring great candidates to us. The more referrals made, the bigger the rewards!
Here’s how it works:
Please fill in the form provided, giving us the details of the person you wish to refer to our agency.
N.B. Please make sure to tell the person you are referring to us that you are doing so, or have done so.
The following only applies to referrals that result in our placing the person referred to us in an assignment with terms as below:
Bronze Tier (1st referral):
£250 paid after 3 months when the referred person is in an assignment or consecutive assignments through us
Silver Tier (2nd-3rd referrals):
£300 per referral and paid after 3 months in an assignment or consecutive assignments through us
Gold Tier (4th referral):
£400 per referral, of which £250 is paid after 3 months in an assignment or consecutive assignments through us and then £150 after 5 months in an assignment or consecutive assignments through us
Diamond Tier (5th and subsequent referrals):
£500 per referral, of which £250 is paid after 3 months in an assignment or consecutive assignments through us and then £250 after 6 months in an assignment or consecutive assignments through us
Referral Period:
The referral period is a rolling 12 month window from 1st January to 31st December every year; meaning referrals must be made within 12 months of your first introduction. This 12 month window resets at the stroke of midnight on 31st December each year
This ensures that each referral is counted towards your current tier within each 12 month period.
Placement Period:
Additionally, for a referral to be valid and for a bonus payment to be made, the referred candidate must be placed by us within 3 months of them being referred to us. If the placement doesn’t occur within this 3 month period, the referral will not count towards your total for that period’s tier.
Important Note:
When its getting close to the end of a referral period – end of December- any referrals falling into the window of the next 12 month period will reset your referral tier status to Bronze for that period.
It goes without saying that referrals must be genuine introductions.
Referrals of previously known candidates will not be eligible for referral fees.
As previously mentioned, referrals of candidates that do not know they have been referred to us will not count towards this bonus scheme
