Referral Club is exclusively for Portman Recruitment contractors.
Here’s how it works:
Please fill in the form provided, giving us the details of the person you wish to refer to our agency.
Bronze Tier (1st referral):
£250 paid after 3 months
Silver Tier (2nd-3rd referrals):
£300 paid after 3 months
Gold Tier (4th referral):
£400 – £250 paid after 3 months and then £150 after 5 months
Diamond Tier (5th and subsequent referrals):
£500 per referral – £250 paid after 3 and then £250 after 6 months
Referral Period:
The referral period is a rolling 12-month window from 1st January to 31st December, meaning referrals must be made within 12 months of your first introduction.
This ensures that each referral is counted towards your tier within this time frame.
Placement Period:
Additionally, for a referral to be valid, the introduced candidate must be placed within 6 months of the introduction. If the placement doesn’t occur within this 6-month period, the referral will not count towards your total for that tier.
Important Note:
Once the 12-month period has elapsed, any referrals beyond that timeframe will reset your referral tier status to Bronze.
Referrals must be genuine introductions.
Any attempts to manipulate the system or refer previously known candidates will result in referral not being eligible for referral fee.
