Flintshire is a county in north-east Wales. It borders the English county of Cheshire to the east, Denbighshire to the west and Wrexham County Borough to the south. It is named after the historic county of Flintshire which has notably different borders. Flintshire is considered part of the Welsh Marches and formed part of the historic Earldom of Chester and Flint. The county is governed by Flintshire County Council which has its main offices in County Hall, Mold.
Our Relationship with Flintshire County Council
Due to our expertise within social work, we have a strong relationship with Flintshire County Council and have a good number of candidates working there including social workers and Team Managers. Due to this, we are signed up to receive all of their agency vacancies, allowing us to send across CV’s that we feel are most suitable. If a candidate appeals to the council, they will suggest an interview, and we will contact the social worker to help set this all up.
We’ll then aid our social worker with interview practice and technique, and boost their confidence so that they can use their strengths throughout the process.Â
