Our Relationship with Swindon Borough Council
Due to our expertise within social work, we have a strong relationship with Swindon Borough Council and have a good number of candidates working there including social workers and Team Managers. Due to this, we are signed up to receive all of their agency vacancies, allowing us to send across CV’s that we feel are most suitable. If a candidate appeals to the council, they will suggest an interview, and we will contact the social worker to help set this all up.
We’ll then aid our social worker with interview practice and technique, and boost their confidence so that they can use their strengths throughout the process.Â
Our support doesn’t end there, however. All of our social workers benefit from a dedicated consultant, who checks in with them to ensure and maintain job satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
‘’Can’t say enough positive things about Portman Recruitment! Well looked after, listened to, and supported. Go above and beyond to find the right role for you.’’ – Phil
